All homeworks are completely optional! However, they are a valuable learning tool, and as such whoever turns in the homeworks and gets the best scores from each class (Monday, Tuesday, and Friday) will receive a chess-related prize at the end.
Homework 1
Homework 2 was to play a game of chess and write down a game of chess with notation. This link has all the informaiton for how to do notation properly. All homework should be written in notation, so hopefully this will help!
